When will my order ship?
We cannot guarantee an exact day or time as each arrangement is handcrafted upon your order being processed. Please allow one to two weeks of design followed by two day shipment. It is our primary objective to ensure your arrangement arrives within the window of time specified.

What if my order arrived damaged?

What is your return policy?
At the moment our Fiorebela Preserved Floral Arrangements  are not eligible for returns. Please also note, your order cannot be canceled or modified in any way once the order has been placed. If you have any questions about our return policy or our arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact Fiorebela.

There will be a 15% restocking fee & shipping is not to be refunded.
